If you’re using an .ai or .eps file, unfortunately a preview cannot be displayed. It’s also possible that the file is too large.
Don’t worry – we always make sure that your design is properly positioned on the trophy.
You will not see a preview for glass trophies and salves. Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive a print proof from our design team for customisation and approval.
